John Brady
John Brady has many years of litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdict, and countless other cases which have resolved short of verdict, and has been lead counsel on 21 appeals. John has been practicing law since 1991, initially in Boston, Massachusetts ,Vermont ,and New Hampshire.
John holds Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating, AV Preeminent, for the highest level of professional experience. He is also an advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates and 2022 President of the Vermont Chapter of ABOTA. When not working, John enjoys boating, fishing, skiing, and time with his family.

Brendan Donahue
Practicing law since 1997, Brendan Donahue regularly practices before the Vermont Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, all Vermont Superior Courts, and the Vermont Department of Labor. In addition, Brendan has successfully represented clients in New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. He handles a wide range of litigation and appellate matters for both injured individuals and insurers, with a primary focus on motorcycle accidents, auto accidents, and personal injury cases.
